Built with a high impact 5/8 in foam base, this mat is shock absorbent enough to allow a true descending blow, giving you realistic feedback from full swings, chips, and pitches with less impact on your joints. The mat can be rotated in any direction and still performs identically, and if you manage to wear out one side, simply flip it for a second life. Ground stability for full swings is above average compared to other mats, though not quite as stable as the standard True Launch strip. Your feet stay grounded through full swings without slipping or floating, though we recommend securing it with double-sided tape for the best effect.
